Platform Vial and Mouthpiece Consumable.

The mouthpiece separates saliva-containing large droplets arising from the mouth, from the fine aerosols produced in distal airways and alveoli, to get the purest form of a distal airway fine aerosol into the platform vial. The patent-protected assembly minimises any form of environmental contamination or sample leakage into the environment.

Reusable Coolant Chamber.

Designed to be loaded with dry ice pellets (recommended), dry ice powder, or wet crushed ice, this holder offers the correct temperature control properties to allow samples to be collected for up to 30 minutes per patient. The container is insulated to ensure comfortable holding and the lid is secured by a two-step locking mechanism preventing accidental coolant release. Venting holes prevent pressure build up.
